1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via Email / WhatsApp / SMS.
Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Timeline

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Metro cities: 3–7 business days
Other cities and rural areas: 5–10 business days

International Shipping

International orders may take 10–20 business days for delivery.
Delays due to customs clearance may occur.

3. Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available on orders above ₹250.
Orders below this amount may incur shipping charges, which will be shown at checkout.
International shipping charges vary depending on destination and package weight.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link and AWB number.
You can track your shipment status through the provided tracking link.

5. Delivery Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will do our best to keep you updated.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact number entered are correct.
Additional shipping charges may apply if the order is returned due to an incorrect address.

7. Damaged or Missing Products

If you receive a damaged product or if any item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share an unboxing video for verification.
