1. Refund and Return Policy

1. OVERVIEW At Srijan by Ragchii, we celebrate the art of handmade craftsmanship. Since each bag and pouch is handcrafted by artisans, slight variations in texture, color, and size are a natural outcome of the human touch and are not considered defects.

2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

  • Return Window: We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and protective packaging intact.

  • Handmade Disclaimer: Slight irregularities in the stitching or fabric are characteristic of handmade products and do not qualify as "manufacturing defects."

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Custom-made or personalized orders.

  • Items purchased during seasonal sales or clearance.

  • Products showing signs of wear or damage caused by the customer.

4. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS We maintain a strict quality check for every handcrafted piece. However, if you receive a damaged item:

  • You must provide an Unboxing Video (from start to finish without cuts) within 24 hours of delivery via email to support@srijanbyragchii.shop.

  • Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.

5. REFUNDS Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment source once the product reaches our warehouse and passes inspection.

2. Terms of Service

1. HANDMADE PRODUCT AUTHENTICITY By purchasing from Srijan by Ragchii, you acknowledge that you are buying a handmade product. No two pieces are exactly identical. We make every effort to display colors accurately, but variations may occur due to digital screen settings.

2. PRICING & PAYMENTS Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if there is an error in pricing or availability.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All designs, patterns, and images of bags and pouches are the exclusive property of Srijan by Ragchii. Unauthorized use of our brand assets is strictly prohibited.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY We are not liable for any minor differences between the product photo and the physical item, as these are inherent to the handicraft process.

5. GOVERNING LAW These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttarpradesh.

3. Shipping Policy

1. CRAFTING & PROCESSING TIME Since many of our products (bags/pouches) are handmade or finished to order, our standard processing time is 2-4 business days.

2. SHIPPING TIMELINES

  • Domestic (India): 5-8 business days depending on the location.

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS once the artisan completes the packaging of your order.

3. SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Calculated at checkout based on weight and distance.

  • We offer Free Shipping on orders above ₹250.

4. Privacy Policy

1. DATA COLLECTION We collect your name, shipping address, and contact details solely to fulfill your order and provide customer support.

2. PAYMENT SECURITY Your payment information is encrypted and processed through secure third-party gateways. We do not store your credit/debit card or bank login credentials.

3. THIRD-PARTY DISCLOSURE We only share your information with our logistics partners (courier companies) to ensure your handmade goods reach you safely.
